This project consists of replacing existing shake shingles with a Metal Roof Panels. Increasing the thermal insulation value by adding rigid insulation on the roof and interior of the building walls. Work also includes modernization for ADA compliance, Upgrading MEP fixtures, adding a vestibule, a family restroom, and new finishes. The existing site Hardscape was also enhanced.
